The Kinnosa Workspace Manager allows you to quickly view the documents you have Checked Out and Copied Out to your local workspace. An embedded Kinnosa menu lets you access EDM functions directly within the Workspace Manager including:
- Check-in files
- Update documents
- View properties
- Delete copy out files
- Locate local files
- Notification of new file versions

Use the Kinnosa Workspace Manager to get a quick view of the files you have checked out and copied out. A red "X" next to a file indicates the document has been deleted, renamed or moved. A red "!" indicates that a newer version of a file is available. A green check mark means the file is current and available.
